Social Media Representative (Digital marketing) Vacancy

Report To : The Social Media Representative will report to CMO and CEO for the duty

We are looking for a dynamic social media representative to join our company. In this role, you will be in charge of communicating with customers via social media platforms, working with the marketing team to create social media strategies, plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email Marketing, social media advertising that aligned with business goals and attending any meeting pertaining to social media to represent our company.

To ensure success as a social media representative, you should know how to effectively use various social media platforms, tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • To manage social media chatbot system in coordination with inside sales team & customer service to provide efficient responses and swift handling of incoming leads.
  • Maintaining our social media posts across channels, ensuring inappropriate content is removed.
  • Create email marketing content messages, optimize call-to-actions, on-going maintaining and updating of email database to ensure accuracy.
  • Digital content creation and coordination (e.g. landing page, creative ad copy, coordinate requirements with video production vendors).
  • Identify trends, insights and optimize digital ads spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Liaising with sales and marketing team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Monitor competitive online activity.
  • Work closely with colleagues on brand research and studies, conceptual development and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies.
  • Staying informed on social media trends, innovations, and changes. Attending social media related meetings as required to represent the company.

Requirements

  • Willing to do attitude and learning and able to work together with group.
  • A year of customer service experience would be beneficial.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information.
  • Able to communicate well (written and verbal) in English, BM and Mandarin, alternative language such as Japanese, Korean, Thai.
  • 1 or 2 years experience in digital marketing field or marketing ground job.
  • Ability to effectively use a variety of social media platforms, i.e. FB, Insta, Linkedin, TIKTOK, Google+.
  • Bachelor Degree in marketing or a related field.
