Sales Manager Vacancy

Responsibilities

  • Managing sales team by developing a business sales plan, set target covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goal
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals, reporting result as necessary
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • The ongoing training of your sale team
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and service knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organisation and services
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our service.
  • Reporting directly to the CEO if any urgent things happen

Qualification skills

  • Setting sales goals
  • Managing individual and team quotas
  • Creating a sales plan, proactively experimenting to improve execution.
  • Monitoring progress in real time and analyzing data
  • Overseeing the organisation’s sales training
  • Keeping an active watch over key accounts
  • Mentoring individual sales reps and administering incentive programs
  • Recruitment sales reps propose hiring talented sales reps
  • Firing sales reps
  • Communication skills, product knowledge, interpersonal
  • Organisational skills

Education & Experience

  • Ba/Bs degree holder in marketing, promotions, advertising, sales or business admin preferred
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 10 years of logistic industry sales experience
  • Familiarity with microsoft office software, apps, social media.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service
  • Ability to lead a sale team with positive thinking mindset and aggressive.
