Office Admin Assistant Vacancy
Job Description
- Managing inventories of assets, supplies items to each department. Ie. Stationery, computing, documents..etc.
- Sourcing for suppliers(vendor)- compare the price, purchasing and procurement office supplies, equipment, electronic device, furniture…etc.
- Submitting, preparing invoices, quotation report, perfoming bookkeeping tasks. Monitor account, payment and budget tracking.
- Scheduling, coordinating meetings and presentation, interviews, events, and other similar activities(sending out and receiving mail, package)
- Sending faxes and email. Receiving phone call
- Managing documents and files, sending and receiving documents for the company.
- Assisting in various daily operations - Operating a range of office machines such as photocopies and computers.
- Communicate with senior executive (C’s executive)
- Taking minutes during business meeting
- Greeting guests and visitors

- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) or photoshop adobe or any relavant software/apps.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Able to communicate well (written and verbal) in English, BM and Mandarin, alternative language such as Japanese, Korean, Thai.
- Desire to be proactive in planning and organizing
- Take responsibilities of your mistake, Punctuality, Time management is very important.
- Have own transportation
Career Level
- 3 years experience in administrative assistant field
- 4 years experience or more in administrative field
- Junior Executive (Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply)
Qualification
- Higher Secondary/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor Degree
