Reports To: CEO for job duty
We are seeking a results-oriented IT administrator to manage company’s computer infrastructure and supervise our IT department. You will be upgrading and installing hardware and software, performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues, and maintaining our networks and servers.
To be successful as an Tech manager, you should have an excellent technical aptitude, know how to protect and prevent Hackers hacking our company system, testing and solving bugs issue propose software engineers hiring, their onboarding, training, management skills.
Responsibilities

Overseeing all IT operations infrastructure.

Developing, implementing and evaluating IT projects in like with company objectives.

Managing and supervising employees in the IT department.

Ensuring the maintenance of current projects and technology systems.

Identifying vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades and opportunities for improvement.

Proposing strategic solutions and recommending new systems and software.

Preparing financial budgets and performance reports.

Know how to build and maintaining relationship with external advisors and vendors.

Ensuring reported issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Requirements

Strong leadership and management skills.

Able to discuss with CEO everything or project, ideas immediately.

Great problem solving and analytical skills.

Familiar with some HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, C++, Phyton, C#.

Has a good sense of logical thinking and good in troubleshooting.

Experience in planning and implementing technologies strategies.

Experience deploying and maintaining a server from scratch.

Experience in cybersecurity.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent with 10 years above IT industry experience.
